How long does production take?
We make each item to order. Production takes 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping is free within Germany.
For EU countries: €9.99 (free over €50)
Outside the EU: €14.99 flat rate.
Customs fees may apply for non-EU countries.
What are your products made of?
Our products are 3D-printed using eco-friendly PLA – a durable, biodegradable material.
Can I customize a product?
At the moment, we don’t offer customization – but it's something we're working on for the future!
What is the return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is defective.
